Subscription Terms & Conditions

The subscriber is responsible for terminating a subscription agreement. This must be done through the “My Account” page – accessed via your personal Dashboard. No retrospective refunds will be given.

All pricing is listed in United Stated Dollars. Subscribers outside of the USA should refer to current exchange rates.

We reserve the right to change/alter publicly available pricing plans and/or special offers.

In creating a subscription, you are agreeing that you have read, understood, and accept our Privacy Policy.

I understand that Drumming 24-7 currently offers the following instruction: 75 videos in Level’s 1-3 to include: (beginner, 100% complete) Level 2, (advanced beginner, 80% complete) and Level 3, (intermediate, 23 videos) in many different styles. Videos will be added to the site when available to include many in the Fundamental Series and Level 3 and Level 4 (college freshman, sophomore/ professional level) Levels 5 + 6 (advanced, extremely advanced) will be added in the future.

The views represented on this website, written or on video, are those of Drumming 24-7.

The instructional concepts and video, audio and written content from this website is the property of Drumming 24-7, and may not be duplicated, recorded, broadcasted, or used for group instruction, public demonstrations, or clinics. without our written permission. This includes publishing or demonstrating on private or other social media accounts.

Some payments are processed through the Stripe payment system for the highest standards in security. Stripe has its own Terms and Conditions of use, and are independent of Drumming 24-7. The Drumming 24-7 site is security protected.

We will not disclose your personal information to any third party, but we may send you emails relating to Drumming 24-7 news. You will always have the option to opt-out of these emails if you do not wish to receive them.

Drumming 24-7 is a registered business in the state of Maryland and the IRS.

Raffle Terms & Conditions

I would like to thank you for considering the Drumming 24-7, Progressive Series Rhythm-Modular Systems Drum set Method. This is a truly innovative method that will provide more results in less time than the other methods being offered.

To show my appreciation for your subscribing to Drumming 24-7, I will raffle one “FREE” drumset to 1 subscriber out of 30 who subscribes. Subscribers who do not wish to be entered in the raffle may opt-out.

The winner may decide between a Pearl: Roadshow 525sc/c, Export exx725c, or Decade Maple DMP925sp/c drumset in any currently available color being supplied by my distributor.

The hardware included with all the above drumsets and shell packs is listed on the Pearl website under component configurations.

Special Note: If you choose the Decade Maple “shell pack” make sure you have the needed hardware to go with it or are willing to purchase it independent of this raffle. Assembly of the drumsets is required and not included.
Terms and Conditions

The raffle may be canceled at any time but will not be canceled until the completion of a 30 subscriber giveaway period. There is no guarantee we will acquire the 30 subscribers necessary to complete the raffle. There is no time limit to the raffle period.

The sooner I have 30 subscribers, the sooner I will give away a “FREE” drumset.
I will post immediately as the 30th subscriber is acquired.

The raffle will be held within two weeks of the completion of the raffle period. The winner will be notified by email and phone and will need to provide details via email concerning their winning choices.

The products will be shipped only to the address listed in the winner’s account details unless the winner chooses to pick the drumset in person. Photo id will be required. The winner will need to sign a receipt stating that they have received their winning.

Shipping or pickup in person at my East New Market, MD location and will be within 30 days of the raffle winning.
This raffle is only available in the continental USA.

There will be no refunds given for non-winners of yearly subscribers. Subscriber terms and conditions will correspond to those identified in the terms and conditions disclosure.
